REFUND POLICY
Shipping
We currently ship to the U.S, and Canada Most orders are shipped 1-2 business days after being placed.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD in the US and Canada Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Restoreselfcare.com is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred for international orders.

Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, used products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. If your order arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us immediately at info@Restoreselfcare.com with your order # and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will always try our best to accommodate your experience.
For returns on an unopened item, Restoreselfcare will offer returns less initial shipping fees. Return shipping is buyer responsibility - please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable and returns must be shipped within 10 days of delivery. If you received free shipping on your order, $7USD will be deducted from your refund for your initial shipping fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Lost Packages
If your order is deemed lost, we will issue a re-shipment. Parcels are deemed lost if there has not been a tracking scan for 30 days.
Kindly note that Restoreselfcare.com is not responsible for parcels scanned delivered that cannot be located. Please check with your house members and neighbors first to see if they have the package. Once a package is marked delivered to the correct address, we would recommend filing a report with your local Police station and starting a claim investigation with the courier for Porch Piracy.
Return-to-sender
Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial and return shipping fees, given there was no error made on our end. Please allow for 7-10 business days for processing after the parcel has been received back at our facility.
